Receivership Financial Analysis (E) Working Group

Proposed 2020 Charges

The Receivership Financial Analysis (E) Working Group will:

  1. Monitor receiverships involving nationally significant insurers/groups to support, encourage, promote and coordinate multistate efforts in addressing problems.
  2. Interact with the Financial Analysis (E) Working Group, domiciliary regulators and lead states to assist and advise as to what might be the most appropriate regulatory strategies, methods and/or action(s) with regard to potential or pending receiverships.

2019 Charge

The Receivership Financial Analysis (E) Working Group will:

  1. Monitor nationally significant insurers/groups within receivership to support, encourage, promote and coordinate multistate efforts in addressing problems. This will include interacting with the Financial Analysis (E) Working Group, domiciliary regulators and lead states to assist and advise as to what might be the most appropriate regulatory strategies, methods and/or action(s) with regard to the receiverships.
